#WhyHIA? As someone dedicated to racial justice, the impact of housing instability on a community’s capacity to thrive is undeniable. When I started working at Housing in Action in 2017 as a Grants Manager, I was looking to support organizations doing crucial racial justice work. Folks I knew and trusted were working here, so I leaned in to offer helpful contributions.
